At Broadway & Sons, we take pride in our curated vintage and high-quality garments; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping instructions.
Pack the Garment
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing box to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the parcel back to our warehouse in Gothenburg.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists have inspected the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
